Home Sale Trends

The infographic to the right, from the National Association of Realtors, shows the national trend for existing home sales.

Here in the Green Bay area the median sale price for homes was $131,450, a 3.5% increase from the prior quarter and a decrease of 0.3% compared to 2013.

Existing home sale prices have appreciated 5.3% over the last 5 years.
