“This was quite the adventure considering the real estate market today. We would have to say overall Rich and Mary Jo did a great job. We found our forever home which had just come on the market and put in an offer as it was having an open house right away. Our offer was accepted and our home was sold on the same day. There were some hiccups along the way-one very big BURP-which could have been a deal breaker but Rich found a way around it and everything went along smoothly.
Mary Jo is an excellent communicator for the firm-what would Rich do without her?? She was very organized and kept on top of things.
