Upon entering our home, Rich provided us with a fast-tracked course on 'Home Selling 101.' He shared simple strategies, which would prepare our house to be the most competitive house in our market range and area. Additionally, at our consultation Rich was straight forward and honest with us. He treated our home with the type of dignity we were hoping our selling agent would. He recognized our hard work to prepare it, but was also forthright in sharing the facts with us. By sticking to Rich's home selling strategies, we had private showings within days of our listing hitting the MLS super highway.
